I recommend a prefixlen of 64.
What does 'ndp -i ppp1' say? There has been a bug in the kernel for a
few months that affects acceptance of router advertisements. You may
have to run 'ndp -i ppp1 accept_rtadv' to make the interface accept
advertisements.
