Please don't reopen inappropriate one but file a new PR.
In the original PR, the problem is in bootxx_cd9660 and
even /boot was not loaded properly (and it worked on QEMU),
but in your case at least /boot is running.
> qemu -cdrom alldevs-02-Nov-2009.iso -nographic -s -serial stdio
Could you try boot.iso in daily snapshot?
