| So I deleted my tooldir, and started a ./build.sh obj tools and got:
| #      yacc  m4/parser.c
| /usr/src/obj.amd64/tooldir.NetBSD-5.99.21-amd64/bin/nbyacc     -d -o parser.c
/usr/src/tools/m4/../../usr.bin/m4/parser.y
| sh: /usr/src/obj.amd64/tooldir.NetBSD-5.99.21-amd64/bin/nbyacc: not found
|
| *** Failed target:  parser.c
| *** Failed command:
/usr/src/obj.amd64/tooldir.NetBSD-5.99.21-amd64/bin/nbyacc -d -o parser.c
/usr/src/tools/m4/../../usr.bin/m4/parser.y
| *** Error code 127
|
| Stop.
| nbmake: stopped in /usr/src/tools/m4
|
| *** Failed target:  dependall-m4
| *** Failed command: _makedirtarget() { dir="$1"; shift; target="$1"; shift;
case "${dir}" in /*) this="${dir}/"; real="${dir}" ;; .) this="";
real="/usr/src/tools" ;; *) this="${dir}/"; real="/usr/src/tools/${dir}" ;;
esac; show=${this:-.}; echo "${target} ===> ${show%/}${1:+ (with: $@)}"; cd
"${real}" && /usr/src/obj.amd64/tooldir.NetBSD-5.99.21-amd64/bin/nbmake
_THISDIR_="${this}" "$@" ${target}; }; _makedirtarget m4 dependall
| *** Error code 1

I think I fixed it.
