I am getting the same with several modules on 5.99.15 from a few days ago:

[loan8] pat/local2/homes/ci # modload radeondrm
          /amd/pat/local2/homes/ci
modload: Exec format error
[1]    476 exit 1     modload radeondrm

Others work.

Any idea about this?
