Yes, compiled and installed fine for me. (At least for amd64.)

I just had to create src/compat/external/bsd/iscsi/lib (the whole missing
path) and wrote in my mail:

I adapted a Makefile from src/compat/external/bsd/bind/lib/<something>
(don't remember which one) to do the "right things" for libiscsi and put
it in the newley created dir...
Hm, I thought I put this "explanation" in my mail - but it seems to be
lost - late night editing error or so...

Yep, where iscsi lives these days..
