Build failure - libiscsi

A build.sh fails with the folowing messages

cd: can't cd to /build/netbsd-local/src/lib/libiscsi

nbmake: stopped in /build/netbsd-local/src/lib
*** [cleandir-lib] Error code 2


It appears that libiscsi has been moved to the attic, so we should no 
longer descend into this directory.
