Unknown ISDN message

Hi,

what is the reason for the following message:
 i4b-L3 i4b_decode_q931_cs0_ie: IEI_BEARERCAP - Unsupported B-Protocol 0x91

I get this message from time to time when I receive an incoming call, maybe
1 out of 20 calls cause this message. Right now I got that 3 times this year
always during a 'Call from NotAvailable (unknown)', but not ever such call
cause this kernel message.
