No, you need more to get the complete driver:

Copy the files: if_age.c, if_agereg.h and atphy.c

Apply the diffs:

cvs rdiff -r1.80 -r1.81 src/sys/dev/mii/miidevs
cvs rdiff -r1.61 -r1.62 src/sys/dev/mii/mii_physubr.c
cvs rdiff -r1.52 -r1.53 src/sys/dev/mii/miivar.h
cvs rdiff -r1.41 -r1.42 src/sys/dev/mii/files.mii
cvs rdiff -r1.310 -r1.312 src/sys/dev/pci/files.pci

and regenerate miidevs.h and miidevs_data.h
