I have a vile macro that, if an attempt is made to open a directory,
will list the directory, and when an entry is selected, will open that
entry in the editor; I find that intuitive behaviour.
I also don't find myself using them much (vile AND the macro) - some of
us have moved onto higher things, and I certainly don't mean emacs.
