According to PR/40210,  ad@ said "ffs' VFS_FSYNC() is not working
correctly for WAPBL when ufsmount::um_devvp is not on an ffs file
system".

If you set, sysinst will mount partitions with WAPBL enabled, and
unluckily the /dev is mounted at  tmpfs at the same time, so you will
drop into ddb.

I hope you can avoid it.
