Is anyone interested in putting together a small webapp to record
dmesg output from NetBSD booting on various hardware?
At the minimum it probably just needs a form with:
- dropdown for architecture (i386/alpha/atari etc)
- input field for machine name
- textarea for dmesg
- textarea for notes
- input field for email (optional)
And then some pages to show listings and with links to individual
entries.
Its likely to need general maintenance to weed out spam
and other worthless entries.
We already have http://wiki.netbsd.se/Category:dmesg, but
the above could be quite helpful when people are trying to
work out if specific hardware is supported. It could also
be very useful in working out which NetBSD versions have
been tested on more obscure platforms.
