Port amd64 - missing file not installed - ld.elf_so-i386

Sources are up to date, and doing a 'build.sh release' into an empty 
$DESTDIR.  Everthing goes well until building the distribution sets.

Files in flist but missing from DESTDIR.
File wasn't installed ?

Anyone know why this isn't getting installed?  Looking at my $OBJDIR, it 
appears that the -i386 variant isn't even getting created!
