testing xorg

Hi all,
Trying to compile and test a new, native xorg subsystem I encountered
following problem:
--------------------------------------------------------
===> build.sh command: ./build.sh -D /usr/dest/build -O /usr/dest/obj
-T /usr/dest/tools -j 4 -N1 -U -x build
.......
.......
.......
    install  /usr/dest/build/usr/share/man/cat9/wsmousedevprint.0
makedb ===> share/man
infodir-meta ===> gnu/usr.bin/texinfo/install-info
do-x11 ===> .
build ===> external/mit/xorg
ERROR: X11SRCDIR.X11 `/usr/xsrc/external/mit/libX11/dist' does not exist

 [ktulu@dell_desktop:1256:/usr/src]> uname -rms
NetBSD 4.99.72 i386

What I do wrong?

Thanks in advance for you help.

Best regards / Pozdrawiam
