I've just reverted std_cwchar.h to the original state.
A full system build works, and I've also partly done
the gcc "mknative" stuff. (It doesn't work fully atm.)
I've also successfully built pkgsrc/devel/boost-libs
without patch-ac.
Can you test your applications?
