Re: Dell IPMI and PERC utils

We need Linux32 compat layer to make MegaCli talk to /proc and /sys, a
la FreeBSD mfi(4):

linprocfs           4       4         0   100%    /usr/compat/linux/proc
linsysfs            4       4         0   100%    /usr/compat/linux/sys

There's no way I could ever get authorization to run NetBSD in
production on PowerEdge 9th gen gear without RAID monitoring (via Nagios
check_raid_megacli)

Either that or Qlogic/LSI could swing on deeznuts.
