failed build package

Hey,,

I launch make install to build the packages metacity
obtains

$ make install 
[....]
Building with Xcursor
checking for METACITY... configure: error: Package

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment
variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables
METACITY_CFLAGS
and METACITY_LIBS to avoid the need to call
pkg-config.
