kernel/cpuctl: AMD power features lost?

Hi!

After updating to a recent 4.99.63, I noted that the AMD Power
Management features and page colors are not displayed any longer:
-cpu0: AMD Power Management features: 3f<STC,TM,TTP,VID,FID,TS>
-cpu0: 8 page colors

Ok, cpuctl to the rescue:
cpu0: AMD Athlon 64 or Sempron (686-class), 2210.33 MHz, id 0x40ff2
cpu0: features efdbfbff<FPU,VME,DE,PSE,TSC,MSR,PAE,MCE,CX8,APIC,SEP,MTRR>
cpu0: features efdbfbff<PGE,MCA,CMOV,PAT,PSE36,MPC,NOX,MMXX,MMX>
cpu0: features efdbfbff<FXSR,SSE,SSE2,RDTSCP,LONG,3DNOW2,3DNOW>
cpu0: features2 2001<SSE3,CX16>
cpu0: "AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3500+"
cpu0: I-cache 64kB 64B/line 2-way, D-cache 64kB 64B/line 2-way
cpu0: L2 cache 512kB 64B/line 16-way
cpu0: ITLB 32 4096B entries fully associative, 8 4194304B entries
fully associative
cpu0: DTLB 32 4096B entries fully associative, 8 4194304B entries
fully associative
cpu0: Initial APIC ID 0
cpu0: AMD Power Management features:
cpu0: family 0f model 0f extfamily 00 extmodel 04

Something was lost here :)
Not sure if the page colors are interesting, but it'd be good to have
the power management features back.

Cheers,
 Thomas
