Having rebuilt, ifconfig agr0 no longer gives errors (so bin/38600
is fixed) but it also no longer works either. It seems that only
1 interface out of 3 gets flags=3 (collecting, distributing) set, not
the other 2. Removing and re-adding the last flags=0 interface
doesn't change things.
