src/games/phantasia/setup.c fails to compile on Solaris 10 / SPARC hosted build system

Hi,

apparantly the

#include <sys/cdefs.h>

added in revision 1.15 of setup.c breaks building NetBSD on a Solaris 10 
/SPARC host - the is no sys/cdefs.h in Solaris...

Simply removing the line again apparently solves the problem.

Could someone pls. review this solution and possibly commit the fix..
