Oh, I'm sorry for misguiding you.  Forgot that the atf_* variables are
atf-wide configuration variables and, as such, they are not propagated
as test case-specific configuration variables.  (Yup, it is confusing
and I'm on the way of redoing this.)

Use atf_config_get("atf_arch") instead.
