tools/isl won't build (GCC 12??)

Kia ora koutou,
I'm trying to build -current and tools/isl is failing with a complaint
that automake-1.16 can't be found. My build platform is -current from
June 11.

Maybe everyone who has tested GCC 12 happens to have automake
installed, but that would be a bit odd.

I am building from the Mercurial source tree, not the CVS source tree.
diff tells me that the two source trees are the same, modulo the CVS
prune that hasn't finished running yet. The two source trees do seem to
have different dates on the freshly checked-out files and the dates are
not "now", so maybe (g)make is trying to rebuild things it doesn't need
to rebuild?

	 └─$ ls -l trunk/src/tools/isl/ cvs/src/tools/isl/
	total 14
	drwxr-xr-x 2 lloyd wheel 5 Jun 16 16:38 CVS
	-rw-r--r-- 1 lloyd wheel 477 Feb 23 18:34 Makefile

	total 13
	-rw-r--r-- 1 lloyd wheel 477 Apr 16 11:36 Makefile

"trunk" is my Mercurial check out and "cvs" is my CVS check out.

Any thoughts anyone?

Ngā mihi,
