Well if I remember correctly that was really more an issue of something that was nearly impossible to anticipate at the beginning of the project. I also doubt anyone envisioned Github and its massive popularity at the beginning of Git. None the less the issue was fixed in good order and it's long been forgotten. -- Greg A.
