Hi,

I've similar case as Adam:

Works over Browser / Doesn't work over wget
https://crates.io/api/v1/crates/serde/1.0.0/download

But below one works over wget and Browser:
https://static.crates.io/crates/serde/serde-1.0.0.crate

Need to drop email to them asking for the reason.

Fine here:

   $ bmake distclean
   ===> Cleaning for mktool-1.5.9
   ===> Dist cleaning for mktool-1.5.9

   $ bmake fetch
     Fetching adler2-2.0.1.crate
     Fetching litemap-0.8.2.crate
     Fetching http-1.4.0.crate
     ...
     Fetching zstd-sys-2.0.16+zstd.1.5.7.crate
   Downloaded 64.72 MiB in 13 seconds (5.14 MiB/s)

Local IP address blocked or something?
