Hi,

I have modified wip/zellij to version 0.45pre. The package now builds and works on NetBSD-current, tested under AMD64 and AARCH64, s well as under Ubuntu AARCH64.

I also added wip/fresh - a terminal-based editor/IDE. It now also builds and runs reasonably well on the above systems. 

To wip/gcc16 I added a couple of patches to get the gcobol compiler working - it builds OK for me on these same platforms. 

One can make quite interesting development environments based in the terminal, but acessible via the browser, using tailscale, which now works just as well as on the other platforms - for what I am using it at least.
