devel/p5-Clone and com.apple.provenance extended attributes

Hi,

pkgsrc/devel/p5-Clone is currently broken:
...
Clone-0.48/t/tied.pl: Cannot restore extended attributes: 
com.apple.provenance com.apple.provenance: Unknown error: -1
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors.
*** Error code 1

While this might be fixed by adding "--no-mac-metadata", one might wonder 
if the upstream distfile is somehow problematic because it really 
shouldn't come with a "com.apple.provenance" attribute. After all, the 
attribute doesn't mean anything on any machine besides the one on which 
the quarantine was cleared.

Thoughts?
