I just did "make print-PLIST | plist-sort > PLIST" and that worked
adequately.

There's still the issue of getting output for choices that aren't turned
on, and for vtk, there's a regular way and a mac way, so it needs some
and editing.

Overall, I'm in a much better place after the suggestions.
