RE: Switching default Python to 3.13

Hi All,

I've covered this manually, first wipe-out setuptools and install using version python313, then replace by hand some packages just to see how it's look like.
Most of dependencies where automatically installed.
Then removed py312* packages looking on the dependencies, where some other software than py312 was included, then manually reinstall it that it will use 313.

Finally removed python312 which ask me to reinstall llvm, rust and few other packages which are under compilation.

Very bad approach, but...goal looks like is achieved.
