wip/subread no longer installs on NetBSD/amd64

Hi,

I can't seem to update wip/subread:

ERROR: This package is not available for these platforms: NetBSD-*-*.

*** Error code 1


"NOT_FOR_PLATFORM+=NetBSD-*-*" is in the Makefile right below comments 
talking about running this on NetBSD. The commit for that is from January, 
but there aren't any notes about why this was added.

Is this not runnable on NetBSD any longer?
