So, I set the minimum USE_CXX_FEATIRES requirement to c++20, which pull
GCC10. 
I completely agree on this, and see it as a bug, considering that
upstream itself passes -stdc=c++17 to CFLAGS. 
The typical target system of worker is not ideal to build GCC10. 
Worker itself is quite powerful, but there are equivalent and more
user-friendly solutions for modern systems.
