HEADS UP: pkgsrc-2025Q2 branch calendar

Dear Develociraptors,

I will be the lead of the pkgsrc-2025Q2 branch. This is the first time I 
am doing this, so please bear with me :)

As for dates, here is the tentative calendar:

Starting Monday June 2, we will be in "careful mode". This means that 
updates to packages with lots of dependencies will require PMC approval. 
See https://pkgsrc.org/quarterly/ for a list.

Starting Monday June 16, pkgsrc will be in a freeze. I will be AFK June 
19-22, but let's see if we can branch some time in the week of June 23, 
depending on the stability of the tree.

As always, thank you for your collaboration in this, and I hope we can 
have a great quarterly release.
