AIX support: gcc detection failed

Hi!

Brian Callahan provided a patch for pkgsrc for AIX support:

In his blog post https://briancallahan.net/blog/20250516.html he
describes that he provides a gcc12, but pkgsrc doesn't recognize it.

Does anyone know why that could be?
