one-line haiku fix

Hi, I would like to commit this one-line fix in mk/ to haiku-specific
infrastructure.

Rationale: Haiku no longer includes a ftp tool in its default
install. pkgsrc prefers the ftp tool over curl and wget, which
Haiku does include. This means fetch fails.

Risk: low, only affects haiku code
