lang/oo2c removal proposal

Hi!

lang/oo2c (Optimizing Oberon-2 compiler) is broken on NetBSD 10. I
suspect it's due to the new compiler (gcc 12 vs NetBSD 9's gcc 10),
but the symptoms are just a segfault:

- lib/sym/XML/Basic/DataType.Doc
stage0/oo2c --config oo2crc-install.xml -r lib -r .  --build-package oo2c
gmake: *** [Makefile:152: bin/oo2c] Segmentation fault (core dumped)
*** Error code 2

According to repology, nearly nobody is packaging this, and upstream
development has stopped in 2006. pkgsrc contains a version from 2003.

I suggest removing this package.
