That's a long-standing weird bug where installing the dependencies
fails in that bulk build, sometimes, with

pkg_add: 1 package addition failed

I've added code to pkgtools/pkg_install that adds the PKGNAME to all
these errors, but the bulk build isn't running that version yet, so we
don't even know which package can't be installed.
