In general, while I am intellectually sympathetic to retrocomputing, I
suspect that a lot of "supported platforms" don't work and have zero
actual people that care about them.  I realize that if it's just a
mk/platform/foo.mk and boostrap/README.foo it's not that much cruft, but
a quick grep shows a bunch of conditionals.

Saying "pkgsrc supports 21 platforms" has always seemed a bit of a
stretch, so removing one that doesn't work and that nobody can use seems
good.

Beyond mk/platform/Interix.mk and bootstrap/{bootstrap,README.Interix},
I see a bunch of conditionals in mk and a smattering of
conditionals/comments elsewhere.  I am guessing you mean to remove
references in mk and bootstrap, and perhaps to prune others, perhaps
leaving those to be gc'd as they are touched, perhaps spending time to
find/rm.
