misc/plan9port failing on some builds

plan9port has been failing at install stage on netbsd.org root builds 
(but not MNX on @mef builds) for quite some time already.

Apparently, few binaries included in the distribution either aren't
built or do not make it the DESTDIR (the latter seems unlikely, since
the package uses pax to copy the whole thing to ${DESTDIR}${PREFIX}/plan9).

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue on any of my systems. I also
successfully built the package in a sandboxed pbulk using pkg_comp, and
no issues building it on Linux.

Anybody interested in getting this fixed, or at least able to provide
some hint?
