I can't vouch for lang/gcc13, but I use my own gcc13[0] and it is the 
primary compiler for all of the SmartOS packages.

It works really well, and I'll shortly be updating it from 13.2.0 to 
13.3.0.  I'll be holding off on updating to 14.x for a while as there 
will be a lot of upstream fallout.
