This happens on completely new, unmodified systems with zero changes to any dotfiles anywhere.
It's still a bug in python that this happens, but also not super surprising that it wouldn't get noticed.
Anyone who runs pkg_rolling-replace non-interactively would see this. I wonder why it's not happening with pbulk builds...
