Hi,

I will make speech-dispatcher optional during the update to www/firefox-116.0.1.
However it will not happen before 2023-08-10.
My laptop will be sent to the factory to repair its keyboard.

If TTS is not configured properly, Firefox will complain on some websites.
I am not ready to enable TTS yet.
