php.net servers blocking nbftp

Hi, all,

I noticed this interesting problem today:

ftp: Error retrieving file `503 Service Temporarily Unavailable'
fetch: Unable to fetch expected file php-8.0.17.tar.xz


I checked that I could download the file with a web browser (Safari). No 
problem. Tried with wget. Guess what? It works.

For now I've uploaded the tarballs to ftp.netbsd.org.
