gnunet building help wanted, people to build it on freebsd and linux

Hi,

I need some people with FreeBSD and Linux to build wip/gnunet
and fill in PLIST.linux, PLIST.freebsd, and PLIST.linuxfreebsd
or however you want to handle the OS specific files (not in the
main PLIST, the build process takes way too long and there are
too many options, single files make updates much easier).

Other option plists fixes for linux are appreciated as well.

The package should be  self-documenting about that, if not,
ask. Those are also older parts, so maybe something has changed.
