Tons of warnings from python310

Hi,

After updating to python310, every pkg operation gives lots of warnings like:

<string>:1: DeprecationWarning: The distutils package is deprecated and 
slated for removal in Python 3.12. Use setuptools or check PEP 632 for 
potential alternatives
<string>:1: DeprecationWarning: The distutils.sysconfig module is 
deprecated, use sysconfig instead

1) Is there an easy way to disable this?

2) Should it, perhaps, be disabled by default?
