Looks good in general. But it seems that angle brackets in DESCR are
not handled correctly (to display them literally in HTML).

Example:
<https://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc/news/libcanlock/README.html>
The end of the first paragraph should be displayed as:

    [...] the same hash function as <scheme>.
