emacs27 build error on macos 10.15

Hi all,

I'm trying to build editors/emacs27 from HEAD on macOS 10.15 and getting
the following error:

=> Generating post-install file lists
=> Checking file-check results for emacs27-27.1nb2
ERROR: ************************************************************
ERROR: The following files are in /Volumes/pkgsrc/obj/editors/emacs27/work/.destdir/opt/pkg but not in the PLIST:
ERROR:         /Volumes/pkgsrc/obj/editors/emacs27/work/.destdir/opt/pkg/Applications/Emacs.app/Contents/MacOS/Emacs.pdmp
*** Error code 1

I'm not that familiar with Emacs portable dump files - should that file be
in PLIST (well, PLIST.cocoa)?

Built options used:
PKG_OPTIONS.emacs =   dbus svg nextstep xft2
