Conflicting perllocal.pod

Hi,

chat/irssi and net/net-snmp both install perllocal.pod that is being also packaged and causing a conflict.

The fix for this situation seems to be to not include perllocal.pod in PLIST for these packages.

And now I wonder whether this seems to be the proper way or not.

I would appreciate any reasonable thought/inputs.
