Excellent - to ensure I fix it the correct way, is there a canonical
way of ensuring PKG_SYSCONFDIR is present?

Also - would it be worth adding a check for INSTALLATION_DIRS
containing ${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}? to pkglint? :-p
