[Fwd: Re: gnutls guile]

Hi,

this is about building GnuTLS with the guile bindings.
As detailed here http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/help-guix/2019-03/msg00051.html
and here http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/help-guix/2019-03/msg00058.html
there are some issues.

As this is in the end for the now wip'ish pkgsrc package for Guix,
I'm in touch with one of the main users of the GnuTLS Guile bindings;
which is the Guix project.

I'm convinced that my knowledge is correct that we can not undo the change of
the host on a per-package basis.

I seem to remember that I have pointed out to the maintainer of the guile
bindings what needs to be done and it was acknowledged. This feedback now
seems a bit weird. The last thing I want is pkgsrc-only patches for this.
