Failed to build lang/guile22 on -current amd64

I am in the middle of yet another pkg_rr, and lang/guile22 failed to
build for me. There is an error from the bootstrap compiler about
mprotect:

I kludged around this by doing
cd work/guile-2.2.4/libguile
libtool --mode=execute paxctl +m guile

With this, the build went fine. Anyone else seen this?
