Update Go to 1.10.1

Hi!

Go 1.10.1 has jyst been released. Its release notes are a bit terse, as
usual, but it does seem to include a security fix (CVE-2018-7187) affecting
building stuff from source, plus a few crash / deadlock fixes that affect
binaries.

I am genuinely not sure if it is a good idea to update Go at this point in
the freeze. On the minus side, it would require a revbump of packages using
Go.

Alternatively, I could just backport the security fix and forego the
stability improvements.

Thoughts?
