Update of net/dhcpcd during freeze

Hi

I would like to update dhcpcd to 7.0.2 please.
While it's not a security update, it fixes two important issues: route 
socket overflow leading to desync and disabling kernel ipv6 ra handling 
when ipv6 is disabled in dhcpcd.

The former is important when dhcpcd is run on a router and the latter is 
when some people like to run dhcpcd per protocol per interface.
